Do pictures have to be in digital format?
Regular pictures are fine. I have a great scanner!
Will my original pictures be returned?
Yes, I will take excellent care of your photos and return them in same condition in which I received them.
How do I let you know which order I want my pictures to appear in?
A post-it on the back of each picture. For digital pictures, a note letting me know will be fine.
Is a CD with pictures from Walgreens, Wal-Mart, etc. okay?
Any picture CD is an excellent source for your pictures.
What format do pictures from my computer need to be in?
I can use jpg, jpeg, gif, png, tiff, bmp and many others. You can burn them to a CD and we'll be all set.
What format does my video need to be in?
Video needs to be on a VHS tape or already on a DVD in video format. I can only use non-copyrighted video.
What is a cut-out?
A cut-out is when I use photo editing software and remove the background from the main subject of the picture. I can then put the main subject in the middle of the ocean, the top of a building, etc. Cut-outs are a lot of fun! To see an example, Click Here!
What is a fade from Black / White to Color?
During the slideshow, a black and white photo will gradually fill with color. These are excellent for fall foliage, beach pictures and very colorful photos. To see an example, Click Here!
Will you help me pick music if I can't decide?
I will be more than happy to help you find meaningful music for your slideshow! If you don't own the CD or song, I can purchase them for you and give you the CD when the DVD slideshow is complete.
How many songs do I need?
It's pretty safe to estimate that a song is long enough for about 25 photos, which will be about 2 and a half minutes of slideshow. For a ten minute slideshow, 4 songs should be selected.

You can call me, email me, or fill out my feedback form and I would be happy to help you get everything you will need together.
How will I get my DVD Slideshow?
I will mail, any materials you sent me and your complete DVD slideshow, back to you via USPS after the project is complete.
Using the USPS is free of charge.
If you would like the DVD slideshow shipped quicker, I can ship it back to you via UPS. This charge will be added to your total due. The
price for this depends on which shipment method you would like to use through UPS.
What is included with my DVD Slideshow?
You will receive 1 DVD (unless you order extra DVDs) that contains your slideshow in a C-Shell DVD case. The DVD will have a label on the front that is printed on glossy photo quality paper.
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept checks, money orders and PayPal. Payment will need to clear before I mail the completed DVD slideshow.
